Venus Williams Headlines Prime Time at US Open on Wednesday
Day three of the US Open, all two weeks exclusive to ESPN - with much of day two on the docket, thanks to Tuesday's rain - provides a heavy slate of tennis' top stars starting on ESPN3 and the ESPN app at 11 a.m. ET with ESPN joining at 1 p.m. before the coverage switches to ESPN2 at 6 p.m. The prime-time doubleheader from Arthur Ashe Stadium will feature No. 9 Venus Williams - at 37 the oldest woman in the draw, fully 20 years after her debut at the Billie Jean King National Tennis Center - against Oceane Dodin of France. The evening will finish with No. 8 Jo-Wilfried Tsonga against Denis Shapovalov, the 18-year old Canadian lefthander who recently defeated both Juan Martin del Potro and Rafael Nadal in Montreal.
